A downloadable game for Windows

In this project, we created a Flappy Bird–style tap-to-fly prototype using Unity.

The goal was to learn input handling, physics-based movement, obstacle spawning, scoring, and game loop structure - while keeping the scope small and publishable.

This is Prototype #2 in the CSGD mini degree prototype series.

What I Learned

During this mini project, I practiced,

  • Tap / Click / Space input handling
  • Obstacle pipe spawning
  • Trigger-based scoring
  • Game Over & Restart flow
  • Parallax / scrolling world
  • Publishing a WebGL build to itch.io

Part of a Prototype Series

This game is one of the weekly prototypes developed in the Game Development Mini Degree at Ceylon School of Game Design (CSGD).

Each prototype focuses on a single core mechanic to build real development skills, one step at a time.
